At Artizic, every product is handcrafted with care, precision, and individuality. Our offerings are not mass-produced; each piece is uniquely made by skilled artisans. Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund Policy.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
All Artizic products are handmade, and minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are a natural part of the crafting process.
These variations are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handcrafted work.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be resold or reused, making returns impractical.
No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is confirmed and shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor aesthetic differences.
Damaged or Incorrect Products (Exception Handling)
While we maintain strict quality control, if you receive:
A damaged product, or
An incorrect item different from what was ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the product
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Order ID and delivery details
Our team will evaluate the case, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or resolution. No cash refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
Important Notes
Handmade products may slightly differ from website images due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural material behavior.
Such differences do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
